Returns for Store Credit (Mary Posa Boutique Credit)
You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to return any unused item for store credit (Mary Posa Boutique Credit). To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Conditions for Return
- Items must have original tags, no stains, no pet hair, and must be odor-free.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Any damages must be reported to customer service within 2 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Once your return is received and confirmed to be in the same condition as it was sent (unworn, with tags), we will issue store credit (Mary Posa Boutique Credit) to your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Exchanges:
Exchanges will be sent once we have received the original item in proper condition. If the exchange is sent before we receive the original item, the original item must be shipped within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in charges for both items being applied to the card on file.
